After 15 successful years running an artisan picture framing business in London, Mark and Jonathan, who both have fine art backgrounds, decided to make a lifestyle change and move to the countryside. They spent three years designing and hand-building Brook Cottage Shepherd Huts in a stunning rural location on the edge of Snowdonia National Park. Opening in November 2021, their boutique retreat offers a peaceful escape in a secluded natural setting with scenic mountain views and a private wildlife lake.
Each bespoke shepherd hut is custom-designed and hand built by Mark and Jonathan, showcasing their flair for interior styling and craftsmanship. Guests can enjoy a luxury 5 star glamping experience with designer furnishings, wood-burning stoves, outdoor seating and BBQ areas.
