Daniel Goldstein founded Elements Talent Consultancy in 2009 with a vision to transform the recruitment industry. Elements are pioneers of Embedded Talent Consultancy, embedding their best-in-class talent acquisition consultants within world-leading organizations to solve complex hiring challenges.
Goldstein’s entrepreneurial journey was inspired by his family’s long history of building successful businesses from the ground up. After gaining experience in recruitment, Goldstein identified significant shortcomings in the industry, including a lack of innovation, professionalism, and alignment with company culture. This realization sparked his “lightbulb moment” and motivated him to establish Elements, redefining talent acquisition with a new model.
Elements’ impact on the recruitment industry has been Goldstein’s most significant achievement.
