Empowering Food Entrepreneurs: Karen Green’s Buyerology Ltd guides small brands to retail success, making her a finalist in the prestigious Great British Entrepreneur Awards 2023
Karen Green is the founder of Buyerology Ltd, a company dedicated to helping food and drink entrepreneurs sell more and sell better. Launched in 2016, Buyerology provides a combination of one-to-one mentoring, business strategy development and training workshops designed to help small brands win major retail listings.
Green was inspired to start the business after witnessing many SMEs struggle to secure deals with major supermarkets and retailers. Her mission became to improve their chances of success by teaching effective sales techniques tailored for the food and drink sector. In just three years, Green has helped many clients achieve listings with leading retailers like Tesco, Sainsbury’s and the Co-op.
Looking ahead, Green has ambitious plans for the future of Buyerology. She currently works with the UN International Trade Centre as a UK Sales Advisor, helping six international food and drink brands enter the British market. This October, Green is also launching her first Buyerology Business Retreat in southern France, where 10 entrepreneurs will develop their business strategies while enjoying rest and relaxation.
With a proven track record of helping small brands achieve their dreams of major retail success, it’s no surprise that Karen Green and Buyerology Ltd have been named finalists in the Great British Entrepreneur Awards 2023. Dubbed “The Grammys of Entrepreneurship,” the awards ceremony will be held on November 20th at London’s Grosvenor House.x
