Meet the dynamic duo behind Little Dreams Consulting, Jenna Wilson and Fay Smith, who have revolutionized bedtimes for families globally, combining their expertise to offer sleep solutions while earning recognition as finalists in the esteemed Great British Entrepreneur Awards 2023.
Jenna Wilson and Fay Smith are the co-founders of Little Dreams Consulting, a baby and child sleep consultancy that has helped over 1,000 families establish better bedtime routines. Launched in 2016, the business was born out of Jenna’s desire for a more flexible career that worked around family life after 12 years as a solicitor.
Spotting a gap in the market for sleep support, Jenna retrained as a baby sleep consultant and Little Dreams was established. The demand for their services grew rapidly, leading Jenna and Fay to launch their franchise offering in 2021 to help other parents launch meaningful careers with a perfect work-life balance. Little Dreams provides all the training, mentoring and support franchisees need to run their own successful consultancy businesses.
Their biggest achievement to date is either helping so many families achieve the gift of sleep or being named the EWIF New Franchisors of the Year in 2023. Looking to the future, they hope to continue expanding Little Dreams to help many more families establish better sleep patterns and even take the brand overseas.
