Discover the tasty journey of Nirali and Jag Mankodi, the founders of Superfoodio, whose innovative Peanut Butter Buttons are changing the snacking game and have earned them a spot as finalists at the prestigious Great British Entrepreneur Awards 2023.

Nirali and Jag Mankodi are the co-founders of Superfoodio, an innovative food brand on a mission to change snacking for good. In 2016, the couple launched Superfoodio to share their passion for simple, sustainable ingredients and plant-based nutrition. Their flagship product, Peanut Butter Buttons, offers a delicious and nutritious twist on everyone’s favourite peanut butter.

The idea for Superfoodio was born during the Mankodis’ backpacking adventure across South America. Living off the land and learning from local farmers inspired them to start a business focused on real, wholesome food. “We really got back to the basics of food and wanted to share our learnings with everyone back home,” says Nirali.

Their hard work and vision paid off when Superfoodio launched the world’s first Peanut Butter Buttons. “We’re really pleased to have added innovation and value to peanut butter lovers,” says Jag. The plant-based treats are crafted from just a few simple ingredients but pack a punch of protein and healthy fats.

With an exciting product roadmap, the Mankodis have big plans for the future. “We’re excited to make nut butters the hero through our better-for-you products,” says Nirali. From their humble beginnings to becoming finalists in the Great British Entrepreneur Awards, the Mankodis are pioneering the future of snacking.

The Mankodis have been selected as finalists for the Great British Entrepreneur Awards 2023, known as “The Grammys of Entrepreneurship”. The awards ceremony will be held at London’s Grosvenor House on November 20th. To learn more about these inspiring entrepreneurs and their delicious snacks, visit www.superfoodio.com.
